Marriage Registration

Marriage Registration in hassle free way, we work in professional manner

First you are required to provide Date of Birth proof, Address proof(of both husband & wife) and Marriage Invitation Card or Place and Date of Marriage(in case of non availability of Marriage Invitation Card) along with 1 Marriage Ceremony Photo and 1-1 Passport size photograph of both husband and wife and also detail (name, father name, address & PAN number.) of two witnesses.
Our executive will collect the above documents from your home in Delhi or NCR and take signatures of both husband and wife on required documents.

OUR FEE IS PAYABLE IN ADVANCE

Then your file wilL be uploaded LEGALLY to process your marriage registration, and appointment from the concerned registrar will be arranged.
Then your file with all complete formalities will be sent back to you before the date of appointment.
On the day of appointment both husband, wife along with two witnesses will appear before the concerned marriage registrar with file and their ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and in almost all cases marriage registration is done on the same day. The whole process takes 1-2 working days from the day you hand over complete documents With fee to us.
Government Fee is directly payable at marriage registrar office on the day of appointment only through Debit/Credit card and the fee is Rs. 500/- for all the marriages solemnized before 30th April 2014.
For Marriages solemnized after 1st May 2014 government fee will be Rs 500/- if marriage ragistration is done within 60 days of its solemnization and Rs 1000/- if marriage registration is done between 61-120 days from the date of marriage and Rs 1500/- if it is done after 120 days of marriage.

Pricing

  • INR 1000 appointment will be arranged within 1-2 working days. for Hindu/Anand Marriage Act which covers Hindus, Budhists, Sikhs & Jains
  • For Tatkal Service Government Charges INR 1000 extra.
  • As per Government guidelines marriage registration document is uploaded after 21 days from the date of appointment in general cases and within 24 hours in tatkal cases
  • Our Fee includes hard copies of marriage photo, passport size photos of husband and wife, photocopies of all documents including that of witnesses, all online and offline work including all affidavits.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED :

Marriage Registration in Delhi

If you wish to obtain the above service then get ready with following documents and further we will proceed for marriage registration.

  • Aadhar Card and /or Voter Card of Bride and Groom
  • Age Proof of Bride and Groom ( Any one ) - Birth Certificate / 10th/ Secondary Certificate / Driving License / Passport / PAN Card
  • Address Proof of Bride and Groom ( Any One ) - Aadhar Card / Voter Card / Driving License / Passport / Bank Passbook with photograph attested by bank officials
  • Marriage Invitation Card or Marriage Document of Gurudwara /Temple.
  • 5-5 Passport Size photo of Husband & Wife.
  • 2 Witnesses with Pan Card (Mandatory) and Address Proof.
  • Divorce Decree in case of any or both Bride and Groom are divorcee.
  • Death Proof / Document of previous spouse in case of widow or widower.
  • In case of foreign national NOC / No impediment from concerned embassy.
  • Valid VISA and residence proof in case of foreign national.
  • Conversion proof document in case of other religion.

Supplementary Information

  • Delhi Government has only 3 working days for this service in a week i.e. Monday, Wednesday and Friday .
  • One of the parties should have address proof of Delhi to avail this service.
  • For urgent/ Tatkal / Foreigner's case/Arya Samaj/ Special Marriage Act cases our fee is extra.
  • As no hard copy of Marriage Registration is provided by Delhi Government, you have to take print out of the same on your own from the portal of Delhi Government.
  • These prices are only for Hindu Marriage Act which covers Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhist and Jain religions only.
  • Appointment can be arranged as per your convenience on working days only.
  • Witnesses can be relatives, friends, neighbours or parents.
  • Each witness has to provide 2 documents . Pan card is mandatory and one address proof.
  • Once you are ready with required documents then send the documents on What's App number +91-98710-75159.If surname of wife is to be changed then send her both names.
  • If any client wishes to submit documents at office, he/she can do so from Monday to Saturday 11AM to 6PM
